About Us
We are Deidre and Aldy, a couple living in a high rise in the beautiful city of Evanston, IL. Snowy, our Portuguese Water Dog a.k.a. Portie, is the star of this website.
Snowy was 8 weeks old and 9 pounds when we picked him up from Shooting Star in Monticello, WI. Snowy is one of ten litters from Zeppelin and Violet. As registered on American Kennel Club, Snowy's full name is Shooting Star Lovely Snowy Baby.
The purpose of this website is to document everything about Snowy the Sweet Portie. Snowy grow up so fast and he will only live for a short time. We hope this website will serve as Snowy's diary, which is published as blog posts for us and everybody to see anywhere, anytime. We are sure Snowy don't mind everybody look into his diary, he is a very social and friendly dog.
Our goal is to share our notes, and we would like to reach out to like minded people where all of us can learn from each other. We are sure Snowy would like to know you too.
