Recipe for Nutritious Processed Food

Hm....right now you can see that I'm enjoying these green yummy mixture that Deidre whipped it up and added to my chopped chicken meal.

 

 

You can see at the picture above what is in the yummy green mixture in my meal this time:

  • Frozen Egg Shells
  • Frozen Egg Yolks
  • A few days old left over Banana Slices
  • Frozen Green Beans
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Plain Whole Milk Kefir, Lactose Free (because I am Lactose Intolerant), from Green Valley Organics

 

 

The process begin by placing all ingredients into a Food Processor. As shown in the picture above, the color becomes pink because there are more strawberries in it, and the color becomes green because there are more green beans in it. After finished, she portioned and mixed it with approximately 6 ounces raw frozen organic chicken meat. The rest would be stored in the freezer for my future meals.

 

 

Look at me drooling over my meal. Pleasseee just let me eat, why do I have to sit and wait first?
