I got my traditional Lion Hair Cut in this blog post, where my hindquarters, muzzle, and the base of my tail are shaved and the rest of my body is left uncut. This Lion Cut originated with my breed's history as the fisherman companion. The uncut grown hair reduced the initial shock of cold water when jumping from boats, and also help protect my vital organs. The shaved hindquarters allows my back legs and tail to move easily, so I can be a good swimmer.
